Volunteers’ Working Principal

We, Tohum Autism Foundation volunteers, see ourselves as determinatives and value-adders of the foundation. We believe that producing a good team work with foundation staff, families and children can create real change and impact. Following this belief, we adopt below working principals:

We do not discriminate against foundation staff, children and family members regarding gender, religion, language, nationality ,ethnicity, age and sexual orientation.
We believe that respecting differences and adopting humanitarian values makes us stronger.
We bring any kind of opinion, thoughts and suggestions or any problems encountered in the foundation and during the course of work to the Volunteer Coordinator.
We notify Volunteer Coordinator on missing days as early as possible.
We become experienced by going through a reciprocative learning and interaction process with staff, children and families. We will use these gained experiences both in private life and work life.
